As the name suggests, tomato has not always been red. The first ones to be unloaded in Italy were called “yellow pomes” or “golden pomes”.
The yellow tomato has a sweeter and more delicate flavour then the red one. It is rich in beta-carotene and an excellent antioxidant.
As soon as they are harvested, they are cut into slices, put in glass jars and cooked by heated bath to preserve their nutrients.
Ingredients: yellow cherry tomatoes, juice of yellow cherry tomatoes. Tomatoes origin: Italy.
Storage: store in a cool and dry place, away from sources of heat and direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated at +4°C and consume within 3 days.
