The Certifications

The fresh tomato, which we carefully select, is 100% Italian and comes from farms located in Southern Italy. Apulia is one of the first.

The production activity is seasonal: the raw material is processed and packaged exclusively from the second half of July to the end of September.

To show our commitment to the quality and safety of our products and to underline the reliability of our suppliers, since 2005 we hold ISO 22005:2009 certification, a standard for the traceability of agri-food products. It has the

exact aim of enhancing specific product characteristics such as origin and history, creating greater transparency, trust and reliability among all the consumers.

22005:2009 certification guarantees and provide documentary evidence of the traceability of a specific product along all the phases of the supply chain that led to its creation. All this is possible through the involvement of all the attendees of the supply chain itself.

Since 2014 we have adopted an Integrated Production Disciplinary for raw materials, according to ISO 11233:2009 standard, ensuring an possible average residue of pesticides lower than 30% of the limit allowed by Italian law
